Well I got a call today to rescue a black rat snake from a place 15 miles from me. A nice one at that.
Just thought I would let everyone know.

I guy that called me said that he finds them all the time at his house. Before this year he left them go at the state park, which was 3 miles away. Now they will not let him release them there. That is weird, but oh well. He said he will call me again when he finds one.
He would rather see them go else where, mostly because of his wife. If it was up to him he would just let them be. We need more people like that He was a prety cool guy.

I know you can let them go on the state game lands and why was he telling them anyway-LOL

Yes, I know!! The park would be the best place to let him go. I look at it this way, at least the snake will not get killed by someone
I might let this go, not sure. I have it as of now. I might use it on educational programs. I have a place that I have found black rats and it is well away from people. It is a heck of a hike to get there!!!
